GlacierGlitch is a preparation platform for design and aptitude entrance exams in India, run by GlacierGlitch, a sole proprietorship of Sanu Kumar, Above Vishwakarma Hardware, Bhagalpur, Bihar - 853204. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the platform.
Writing to support.galcierglitch@gmail.com reaches a person, not a queue.
One person, one account. Do not share your password, and do not let anyone else sit tests or receive assessment on your login - your analytics and your readiness score become meaningless the moment a second person uses them.
We treat sharing seriously because assessment is done by hand by a limited number of alumni. An account used by more than one person can be suspended without a refund.
Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your password.
A plan is permission to use the material and the tests it covers, for yourself, for one exam cycle. It is not a sale of the content and it does not transfer any ownership.
What each plan includes is set out on the Plans page - the exams covered, the number of tests, and how many pieces of work alumni will mark. Those numbers are the limits of the plan.
A plan runs for the cycle stated at purchase. When the cycle ends, access to paid material ends with it.
Do not copy, record, screenshot, download, print or re-publish the study material, the questions or the answer explanations. Do not share them in a group, a drive, a channel or a coaching class.
Do not use bots, scrapers, automated tools or modified clients against the platform, and do not attempt to reach content your plan does not cover - including through the browser's developer tools, the network layer, or any other route around the checks.
This is not a formality. Papers are written from scratch for this platform and every leaked set has to be replaced. Accounts found doing any of the above are suspended, and no refund is due.
Creative work is marked by hand by alumni of NIFT, IIT and NID. It is careful human judgement on what you submitted, and two assessors can reasonably differ.
Marks and remarks are indicative practice feedback. They are not an official score, they carry no weight with any exam body or college, and they are not a prediction or a promise of admission anywhere.
Submit your own work. Work that is traced, copied or generated by someone or something else will not be marked, and repeated instances end the account.
The drawings and answers you upload belong to you. You give us only what we need to run the service: permission to store your work, show it to the assessor marking it, and show it back to you inside your own account.
We will not publish your work, put it in marketing, or show it to another student without asking you first, in writing, for that specific piece.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless the payment page says otherwise. Payment is collected by a payment gateway - we never see or store your card details.
We may change prices for new purchases at any time. A change never alters what you already paid for: a plan you have bought runs to the end of its cycle on the terms you bought it on.
Payments are final. Cancellations and the narrow exceptions to that are set out in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
We aim to keep the platform up and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Maintenance happens, and occasionally something breaks.
We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something material that your plan was sold on, we will tell you and make it right.
Exam dates, patterns and eligibility shown on the platform are collected from official sources and can change without notice. Always confirm against the exam body's own website before you rely on a date.
You can stop using the platform whenever you like, and you can ask us to close your account by writing to support.galcierglitch@gmail.com.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms - most often password sharing or redistributing material. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will tell you what the problem is before we act.
We provide preparation material and practice. We do not control exam bodies, colleges, admission processes or results, and nothing on this platform is a guarantee of a rank, a seat or an outcome.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the platform is limited to what you paid us for the current cycle.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar have jurisdiction.
Before anything formal, write to us. Almost everything is a misunderstanding that a reply can settle.
