What we collect, why we collect it, and who can see it. Written in the order those questions actually get asked.

When you create an account: your name, email address, and - if you choose to give it - your phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, nothing more.
When you set up your profile: the exams you are preparing for, your state, your current stage of study, and how you heard about us. All of it optional except the exams, which decide what you are shown.
As you use the platform: which tests you attempted, your answers, your scores and timings, which material you opened, and basic technical information such as device type and approximate location from your IP address.
When you submit creative work: the drawing or sheet you upload, and the marks and remarks an assessor records against it.
When you pay: only the confirmation from the payment gateway. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details go to the gateway and never reach us.
To give you what you paid for - the right exams, the right material, your own results.
To produce your analytics. A readiness score is arithmetic on your own attempts; without the attempts there is nothing to compute.
To have your work marked, which means showing it to an assessor.
To write to you about your account, your results, and - only if you asked for them - exam dates and new material.
To keep the platform working and to investigate misuse such as shared logins or scraped content.
We do not sell your data. Not to coaching institutes, not to colleges, not to advertisers, not to anybody.
We do not show third-party advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
We do not give your contact details to assessors, to other students, or to any college.
An assessor marking your submission sees the work itself, the exam and question it answers, and your first name. They do not see your phone number, your email address, your full profile or your payment history.
Assessors sign in with a password issued for one college and one exam type, and they only see submissions routed to that panel.
You always see your own work, marks and remarks in full.
Assessors can leave a short spoken remark on your work. It travels one way - they record, you listen, and there is no reply channel.
Voice notes go when the record year closes, with everything else - see "How long we keep things" below. You will be told before they go, so anything you want to keep can be asked for first.
You can ask for a voice note on your own work to be deleted at any time, without giving a reason.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme and your last position in the material, and to run the test timer. These are necessary for the platform to work.
We use basic analytics to understand which material is being used and where people get stuck. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.
We keep one year of work, and one only. The record year runs from August to August. When it closes, everything you built during it is deleted: every test you sat and the answers, your analytics, accuracy and readiness score, the creative work you uploaded, the assessors' marks and remarks on it, and any voice notes left for you.
What survives is your profile - your name, contact details and the exams you chose - and your result, meaning whether you were selected and where. Nothing else.
You will be told before it happens. From 15 August a notice appears in your account naming the date and listing exactly what goes, and it stays there until the year closes. Ask us by 20 August and we will send you a copy of your sheets, your marks and your analytics. The deletion itself is not run before 25 August.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your work afterwards, so please ask for the copy while the notice is up rather than after.
Two things sit outside this. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. And we keep an anonymised summary of each year - accuracy by subject, tests sat, and whether the student was selected - with nothing in it that identifies anyone, so we can tell future students what actually worked.
If you close your account before the year ends, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except anything we are legally required to retain.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your account, or withdraw a consent you gave - such as email updates - at any time.

Withdrawing consent for something the service depends on may mean we can no longer provide that part of it. We will say so plainly rather than quietly degrading your account.
Many entrance aspirants are school students, and that is expected. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read this policy and agree to it with you, and we may ask for their confirmation.
We do not use a minor's data for advertising or profiling of any kind.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to student records inside our team is limited to the people who need it to do their job, and every access to an account is logged.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires, and we will tell you what actually happened rather than a summary.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
If we change anything that affects you, we will say so on this page and email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
