The short version: payments are final. That is why the first plan is free, and why we would rather you sat a paper before you paid us anything.

Once a payment is made, it is not refunded. Not in part, not pro rata, not for the days you did not use, not because you changed your mind, and not because your plans changed.
This is stated here, on the plans page, and on the payment screen before you pay - not afterwards. If it is not acceptable to you, do not buy the plan.
The moment a plan opens, its cost is already spent on our side. Papers written for this platform, material licensed for the cycle, and - on the plans that include it - hours of an alumnus' time set aside to mark work by hand. None of that comes back if you stop.
So instead of a refund window, we give you the product before you pay for it. The free plan is a real plan: genuine previous-year papers, the real exam interface, your own analytics. Sit one paper, read your own result, then decide. Nobody should be paying us on a guess.
Three things look like refunds and are not. They are payment corrections, and you will always get them:
You were charged twice for the same plan. The duplicate is returned in full.
Money left your account and no plan appeared. Send us the payment reference and it is either activated or returned.
A payment failed but still shows as debited. Your bank usually reverses this within a week on its own; if it does not, tell us and we will chase it with the gateway.
None of these are discretionary and none of them need a reason from you.
If we withdraw an exam, a feature or a quantity your plan was sold on, and cannot give you an equivalent, we will make it right - by extending your plan, by moving you to something comparable, or by returning the unused part of what you paid. This is the one case where money can come back, and it exists because it is our failure, not yours.
If an exam body cancels or postpones an exam, we extend your cycle to cover the new date at no cost. That is not a refund, and in our experience it is the outcome students actually want.
You can stop using the platform at any time, and you can ask us to close your account whenever you like.
Either way your plan runs to the end of its cycle and no money is returned. Closing your account early does not shorten what you paid for, and it does not refund it.
Moving up a plan mid-cycle costs the difference between the two, not the full new price. Ask and we will send you the exact amount before you pay anything.
We do not downgrade mid-cycle for a partial refund. Choosing a smaller plan next cycle costs nothing.
An account closed by us for password sharing, redistributing material, or attempting to reach content the plan does not cover is closed without a refund. That is set out in the Terms of Service and it is not negotiable.
Write to support.galcierglitch@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with your order reference and one line on what happened.
We reply within 3 working days. Where money is due back under the sections above, it goes to and takes to appear - your bank's timing rather than ours.
Something here unclear, or unfair? Say so. These pages get rewritten when a student cannot follow them.
